Reboo

Terms and Conditions

The rules for using Rèboo as a customer, business owner, manager, staff member, or visitor.

This is a strong working draft for product testing and launch preparation. It should be reviewed by qualified Bulgarian legal counsel before public launch, especially before enabling paid subscriptions, deposits, Stripe payments, SMS packages, or autopilot features.

1. About these terms

These Terms govern access to and use of the Rèboo platform, including the customer app, business panel, public business profiles, booking flows, onboarding, CRM, calendar, resources, staff, inventory, expenses, finance, analytics, promotions, recommendations, and related services.

By creating an account, using the platform, registering a business, making a booking, or managing a business through Rèboo, you agree to these Terms. If you use Rèboo on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Rèboo role

Rèboo provides software and platform services. Businesses listed on Rèboo are responsible for their own services, availability, prices, staff, resources, customer service, policies, legal compliance, tax obligations, and fulfilment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rèboo is not the provider of the underlying appointment, room, table, hotel stay, lesson, course, membership, product, or other business service booked through the platform.

3. Accounts and security

Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by Rèboo fault or unlawful access that you could not reasonably prevent.

Businesses must keep owner, manager, reception, and staff access rights accurate. Staff access should be granted only to people who need it for their role.

4. Business onboarding and profiles

Businesses must provide accurate registration details, locations, booking categories, services, resources, staff, opening hours, prices, policies, and public profile information.

Rèboo may review, reject, hide, suspend, or remove business profiles or content that appears inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, unsafe, abusive, or unsuitable for the platform.

Businesses are responsible for obtaining any licences, permits, professional registrations, insurance, health and safety approvals, consumer disclosures, and other permissions required for their activities.

5. Bookings

A booking is created when the booking flow is completed and accepted by the platform. Businesses remain responsible for confirming operational readiness, staff availability, resources, rooms, tables, hotel rooms, courses, and other assets.

Booking changes, rescheduling, cancellation, no-show, deposits, and refund rules are controlled by the relevant business policy, subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer rights.

Rèboo may show availability, suggestions, reminders, waitlists, and recommendations, but the business is responsible for delivering the service and keeping availability accurate.

6. Payments, deposits, and invoices

Payment functionality may be introduced in phases. Until in-app payments are enabled for a business, any payment shown as paid outside the app is handled directly between the customer and the business.

When payment processing is enabled, payments may be handled by a regulated third-party payment provider. Additional payment terms, provider terms, fees, chargeback rules, deposit rules, and refund procedures may apply.

Businesses are responsible for invoices, receipts, VAT, taxes, accounting records, and compliance with applicable Bulgarian and EU laws, unless Rèboo expressly provides a specific regulated service.

7. Business panel operational tools

The business panel may include calendar, bookings, customers, staff, services, resources, inventory, expenses, finance, analytics, promotions, messages, recommendations, and other tools.

Operational outputs depend on the accuracy of data entered by the business. Rèboo may help calculate availability, reorder needs, reminders, finance summaries, analytics, and recommendations, but businesses must review important operational and financial decisions.

8. Intelligence, recommendations, and autopilot-ready features

Rèboo may generate recommendations, opportunity cards, routines, campaign drafts, inventory alerts, expense reminders, and other intelligent suggestions based on platform data.

In the current version, Rèboo recommendations are designed to require human confirmation before customer-affecting actions. Future autopilot features may be offered only where enabled by the business and, where required, accepted by the customer.

Recommendations are support tools, not guarantees. Businesses and users remain responsible for decisions they accept, send, publish, or act upon.

9. Customer conduct

Customers must provide accurate booking details, attend bookings or cancel according to the business policy, treat staff respectfully, and not misuse the platform.

Customers must not create false bookings, abuse promotions, evade no-show policies, send unlawful content, scrape the platform, or interfere with Rèboo systems.

10. Business conduct

Businesses must not publish false or misleading listings, discriminate unlawfully, misuse customer data, spam customers, manipulate reviews, create unsafe services, or use Rèboo for unlawful activities.

Businesses must respect customer communication preferences, marketing rules, data protection requirements, consumer protection duties, and sector-specific rules that apply to their activities.

11. Content and intellectual property

Rèboo owns or licenses the platform, software, design, branding, workflows, databases, recommendations, and other platform materials, except content provided by users or businesses.

Businesses and users grant Rèboo a licence to host, display, process, translate, adapt, and use submitted content as needed to provide, secure, improve, and promote the platform.

Users and businesses must have the rights needed for any logos, images, descriptions, documents, or other content they upload.

12. Promotions and communications

Businesses using promotions are responsible for making offers clear, lawful, accurate, and not misleading. Promotions must include any important conditions, limits, expiry dates, and eligibility rules.

Marketing communications must respect consent, opt-out, do-not-market flags, channel preferences, and applicable electronic communications rules.

13. Reviews and public information

If reviews, ratings, amenities, public profiles, or similar public features are enabled, users must submit honest and lawful content. Rèboo may moderate, remove, or restrict content that appears abusive, fake, unlawful, private, irrelevant, or harmful.

14. Availability and changes

Rèboo aims to provide a reliable platform, but availability may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, third-party providers, internet issues, SMS/email providers, payment providers, hosting providers, security incidents, or events outside our control.

We may update, improve, suspend, replace, or remove features as the platform develops. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption to active businesses.

15. Suspension and termination

Rèboo may suspend or terminate access where an account, user, or business breaches these Terms, creates risk, misuses data, harms users, fails required checks, or uses the platform unlawfully.

Users and businesses may stop using Rèboo at any time. Certain records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, dispute, security, or legitimate business reasons.

16. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rèboo is not liable for the underlying services provided by businesses, customer no-shows, business cancellations, inaccurate business data, third-party provider failures, or indirect losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights.

17. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that consumers have under Bulgarian or EU consumer protection law. If a conflict exists between these Terms and mandatory consumer law, mandatory law prevails.

Businesses are responsible for informing customers about cancellation, withdrawal, refund, service-specific, and distance-selling rights where those rules apply to the business offering.

18. Data protection

Personal data is handled according to the Rèboo Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including GDPR and Bulgarian data protection legislation. Businesses must also comply with their own data protection obligations when using the business panel.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply under EU or local law.

The final dispute resolution clause, competent court, alternative dispute resolution wording, and consumer complaint wording should be confirmed by Bulgarian counsel before public launch.
